PowaKaddy Group Ltd has joined forces with The Bag Boy Company by securing UK distribution rights for the golf bag specialists.
The market leading electric trolley company, which includes the PowaKaddy and Hill Billy brands, will commence the marketing and sales strategy early in the New Year.
Terry Hale, CEO of PowaKaddy Group Limited, said: “Strategically this agreement makes a lot of sense. The companies complement themselves extremely well in terms of brand values, leadership positioning and a reputation for innovative designs and quality engineering.
“I am very confident that the Bag Boy distribution deal will add significant value to our UK business and in turn I am sure we will make a considerable contribution to Bag Boy’s ever increasing global presence.”
US based Bag Boy Company, founded in 1946, is known around the world as a leader in the walking cart, travel cover, and golf bag markets.
“The synergies between Bag Boy and PowaKaddy are obvious, and we have every faith that Terry and his team will make effective in-roads into the UK market and further extend the global reach of the Bag Boy brand,” said David Boardman, CEO of The Bag Boy Company.
