The more dramatic of the two links near Padstow - Trevose being the other - St Enodoc starts and finishes strongly either side of a quieter spell. The vast Himalaya bunker on the 6th invariably leads to a blind approach, while the closing stretch is majestic, descending to the Camel estuary via the short 15th before negotiating 551 gently undulating yards on 16.
Panellists' comments: "This club has it all; a challenging links, wonderful views, and a relaxing and pleasant clubhouse - I love it!"
